Any changes to subscription fees will take effect immediately and will apply at the conclusion of your current billing cycle, provided your subscription remains active. Continued use of the subscription constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

4. Payment and Purchase

When purchasing any products or services from Lustorys.com, you may be required to provide payment information, including payment method and credit card details. You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to use the payment method provided and that all information submitted is true, accurate, and complete.

We may use third-party payment services to process transactions. By submitting payment information, you consent to our sharing such information with the relevant third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Free Trial

We may provide a time-limited free trial with partial functionality ("Free Trial"), at our sole discretion. You may be required to submit payment details when signing up. However, you will not be charged until the Free Trial expires.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel Free Trial terms at any time without prior notice.

6. Content of Lustorys.com

"Content of Lustorys.com" includes all images, text, videos, audio data, and any other materials accessible on or through the Platform. All existing and future content is the exclusive property of Lustorys.com or its licensors.

You also agree to cooperate with Lustorys.com in updating these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and ensure that all your content remains compliant.

8. Usage Policy

During your paid access period, Lustorys.com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services.

You agree not to misuse the Platform or violate any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to:

• Exposing or harming minors
• Creating adult-oriented or pornographic content

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access source code

• Distributing, leasing, sublicensing, or renting the Services to third parties
• Using created content in a manner reasonably considered infringing

If any content you create violates these Terms, we may delete, unpublish, or recall such content, and you must do the same immediately. We may also terminate your access and pursue compensation for any losses incurred.

Lustorys.com is not responsible for any consequences arising from misuse of the Platform. Copyright of third-party search results belongs to the original platform or rights holder. Users must comply with the applicable usage terms of the data provider.

9. Demonstrative Authorization

With your consent, you agree that Lustorys.com may use your name and logo in sales materials, websites, marketing content, and press releases.

10. Disclaimer

You understand and agree that the Platform is not liable for interruptions or disruptions caused by:

• Viruses, trojans, or malicious attacks
• Failures of your hardware, software, or communication systems
• Improper operation by you
• Use of Services in a manner not authorized by Lustorys.com
• Events beyond the reasonable control or foreseeability of the Platform

11. Liability and Compensation

If your violation of this Agreement causes losses to Lustorys.com (including but not limited to economic losses, litigation costs, attorney fees, notarization fees, audit fees, travel expenses, appraisal fees, or other reasonable rights-protection expenses), you shall fully compensate Lustorys.com in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Effectiveness, Modification, and Termination

This Agreement becomes effective once you complete the login or registration process by selecting "I have read and agree," or when you use Lustorys.com Services by any other means.

Lustorys.com may adjust service content or suspend, interrupt, or terminate the Services based on business or operational requirements.

In the event of merger, acquisition, division, or asset transfer, Lustorys.com may transfer relevant assets or assign part or all of the Services and related rights and obligations to a third party. The transferee will be notified accordingly.

We may suspend or terminate Services without notice if:

• You are required to provide authentic information under law but fail to do so
• You violate laws, regulations, or this Agreement
• You fail to comply with judicial or regulatory requirements
• Security concerns or other necessary circumstances arise

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, validity, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be resolved through consultation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the Xi'an Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its then-effective rules. The arbitration award is final and binding. The place of arbitration is Xi'an, China.
